How to Sell

The first contact between the client who wants to sell and Boetto S.r.l. takes place with the evaluation (appraisal) of the objects.
This can take place at the client’s home or at the auction house’s headquarters.

The evaluation is absolutely free of charge and done by experts in the specific field.
In some cases it is also possible to agree on estimates with the owner.

The possibility of sale concerns both individual works and entire furnishings.
The possibility of organizing auction sales of furnishings of large mansions directly on site is also given.

Negotiations are absolutely confidential and may also include the possibility of advances.
This also applies to divisions, appraisals and living donations.

The percentage payable to the Auction House, normally 12 percent, may be subject to negotiation in the case of major consignments, and is in any case inclusive of all expenses for photographs, insurance and custody, excluding only transportation.
