Boetto Auctions may accept bidding warrants (written and telephone bids), making raises through the Auctioneer, in competition with the public participating in the Auction. Boetto Auctions shall not be held liable in any way for failure to receive written,
telephone or web-based bids, or for errors and omissions relating thereto.

Auction fees of 25% are to be added to the adjudication figure. On goods marked with “*” that come from entrepreneurs not subject to the margin scheme, the auction fee of 25% plus VAT is due, and the sale is subject to VAT on the entire adjudication value plus expenses.

Upon request at the buyer’s expense, the auction house is available to provide contacts with couriers who will take care of the packing and accuracy of the service for the purchased goods.
In the case of jewelry, the auction house will provide an estimate for transportation by couriers specializing in the transport of valuables.
